Shipping policy
Overview
We work with a variety of carriers depending on availability, pricing, and logistics. We work with our customers and carriers to ship orders in a timely manner. Though we do our best, once an order has left our shop we do not have control over how the package is handled once it is with the carrier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Perishable items and sola wood products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking, and must include photo evidence of the issue. All other non-perishable items should be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@woodlandflower.com so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Times
Sola Wood Bouquets, Corsages, and Boutonnieres
All of our sola wood bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres are handcrafted and made to order. Lead time to create your order can take 2–3 weeks, with an additional week for transit to its destination. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at hello@woodlandflower.com.
Wreaths and Garlands
Wreaths and garlands can take 1–2 weeks to create and process, and are shipped with 2–3 day shipping. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at hello@woodlandflower.com.
Event & Wedding Orders
If your order is intended for a wedding, event, or other time-sensitive occasion, please use the event date selector available in your cart at checkout to provide your event date. We schedule production and shipping with the goal of having your order arrive 2–3 days before your event date, allowing time for any final preparations. If you have questions about your event order or need to update your event date after placing your order, please contact us at hello@woodlandflower.com.
Please note that while we make every effort to accommodate requested delivery timelines, shipping dates and delivery dates are estimates and are subject to carrier availability and transit conditions outside of our control. We strongly recommend placing event orders with sufficient lead time — we suggest a minimum of 3–4 weeks prior to your event date to account for production and shipping time.
Woodland Flower is not responsible for carrier delays that result in late delivery. In the event of a significant delay that impacts your event, please contact us at hello@woodlandflower.com and we will work with you to determine the best possible resolution.
